Global Law Firm - Conflicts & Ethics Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative Conflicts & Business Review team, playing a key role in supporting new business intake and ensuring compliance across global mandates.

Role Requirements:
- Reviewing new business intake, conflict reports, and engagement terms.
- Advising Fee Earners on conflicts, waivers, and firm policies.
- Supporting on drafting of engagement letters and conflict waivers.
- Supporting lateral partner onboarding and matter transitions.

For this role we are open to a mid to senior level paralegal or those within a professional services environment with prior exposure advising on conflicts and compliance on a multi-jurisdiction basis.
