Working with an investor in climate infrastructure to maximize the production of clean and sustainable electricity. With expertise in the modernization and expansion of onshore wind farms, with a portfolio of around 300 MW and 230 wind turbines.

Responsibilities:

• M&A and Due Diligence – A key member of the transaction team leadings groups and analysing relevant aspects of the deals
• Financing – Support in the analysis and optimisation of debt financing options
• Financial modelling – Develop and maintain complex financial models
• Support of the business units – Provide the necessary analysis to enable investment decisions in day-to-day business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is beneficial.
• At least 1 year of experience as a financial analyst/manager in a renewable energy or energy company, consulting, investment banking or similar role with a focus on financial modelling and project evaluation.
• Fluency in both German (native) and English (fluent)
• Living in Berlin or willing to move to Berlin.
