Lead Civil Architect Engineer - Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the evaluation and selection of suitable sites for construction, considering factors such as accessibility, zoning regulations, environmental impact, and geological conditions.
•    Oversee the design and development of site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, roads, parking areas, and other civil infrastructure elements.
•    Collaborate with architectural designers and consultants to develop innovative and functional building designs that meet the unique requirements of the project
•    Manage all phases of civil and architectural engineering projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation and permitting, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning ordinances, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements governing the design and construction of data centre facilities.
•    Work closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to coordinate civil and architectural design efforts with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
•    Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of civil and architectural designs, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with site development and construction.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•    Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and/or architectural design, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or other relevant design software.
•    Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including site development, grading, drainage, and utility design.
•    Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
