We are currently looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer, to be based in the Rotterdam area. You and your team will work on challenging projects within various markets, such as Chemicals, Food, Pharma, Energy transition and Oil and Gas.

Job role:
 You will work on a wide variety of projects under the supervision of a project manager within a multidisciplinary design team.
 You are responsible for the total qualitative design up to and including the specifications phase.
 You can also come into contact with all conceivable work involving electrical installations, such as: Drawing up consumer lists, layouts, key one line diagrams; Carrying out load studies; Creating data sheet, requirements for suppliers.
Depending on the size of the project, you will be assigned a number of engineers. You guide and coach them in their work and development.
You are also responsible for a high-quality document.
You use the Tools and Quality Systems.

What do you have to offer?

You have completed an MBO or HBO education in Electrical Engineering.
You have approximately 7 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering.
5+ years lead experience
You also enjoy working in a team and have analytical skills and the right communication skills.
You have good communication and written skills in both Dutch and English.
You have relevant experience in leading a team and have the right coaching skills.
