Business Development & Sales Manager - C&I Solar (Italy)

 

Leap29 are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to lead efforts in the Italian renewable energy market, specifically focusing on Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects.

My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Evaluate opportunities and challenges in the Italian renewable energy market, with a focus on C&I solar projects.
  • Business Development: Identify and nurture new business prospects, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for C&I solar projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts for project delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of business development and sales experience in the C&I sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and regulations.
  • Strong network and relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
