My Client is an international consultancy who are based in Oman and working with large IOC's.

They are currently searching a completions Engineer for a drilling and workover project.

The completions Engineer will be required to:

Have 15+ years experience with 10years in offshore projects

Prepare and review equipment and service tenders to make recommendation for selection

Prepare AFEs and operational programs, cost estimates and assessing risks in terms of probability and potential remedies

Supervise contractors completion specialists engineering work

Plan logistics for work over and completion operations and well intervention work

Supervise field operations

Assist Production Technologist Manage completion equipment inventory levels and contracts

Reporting and prepare completion diagrams and end of wells report

Prepare performance and cost analysis

Modelling completion performance

Performing stimulation technologies

Designing and installing sand control applications

The completions Engineer will require: BSc Reservoir engineering with MSc or PHD 15+ years reservoir modelling and FDP experience with hands on tight sand reservoirs Industry training in drilling technology Well CAT software experience Deepwater completions, open hole completions, cased hole completions and horizontal completions experience
