LEAD UX DESIGNER

HYBRID – ROTTERDAM

As a Lead UX Designer joining a well-established company in the finance sector, you will be at the forefront of UX design solutions that employ and improve their principles, standards and design patterns, centred around best practice, consistency and re-use.

Requirements:

• An extensive portfolio highlighting creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective UX solutions
• Excellent communication skills collaborating with product owners and developers
• Extensive experience of delivering interface designs for use in high performance environment
• Significant experience in supporting user centred design processes and creating the material required to support user testing
• Interaction design and visualisation tools - Figma, Miro and Sketch
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies and teams
• Knowledge in motion design is a plus

The job:

• Leading, inventing and designing websites and software applications which provide compelling and seamless customer experiences.
• Develop high level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction, and design ideas
• Driving and delivering consistent, efficient and enjoyable UX designs
• Working closely with product owners, researchers, other visual designers and development to create both new products and features and extend existing ones
• Translating customer insights into designed experiences
• Commissioning and participating in user research and testing activities
