Over that period the firm have raised 7 funds in which they have used to invest into growth and buy-out situations for DACH-based companies across sectors such as Technology, Software, Industrial Technology, Classical Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Retail, Construction, Real Estate and Business Services. The firm have invested or taken-over 80 deals up to now and continue to have the hunger & desire to make an impact in the market.

After raising their latest fund last year, they are actively expanding their investment team at both the Analyst and Associate level. They are searching for talented and aspiring investment professionals who possess a strong blend of commercial and technical skills. You will be a part of what is still a relatively small investment team, meaning you will have a lot of exposure and autonomy to execute your role.

Key skills and experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in either management consulting or investment banking, if coming from the consulting route some form of finance experience through education is essential
• History of high achievements, attending good schools with strong grades
• Blend of both commercial and technical skills
• Fluent written and spoken German language skills
